The core business of many large and small hotels are in the hands of this  professional figure. Usually it evolves within the receiving department where he acquired all the necessary experience to coordinate, monitor and support all areas that touch the rooms department. In this course we will teach you all the coordination and control of Front Office department, housekeeping, breakfasts and general knowledge about the building plant. All of theory hours are interspersed with hours of hands-on activities. With your help we will increase your coordination skills and problem solving. That of Rooms Division Manager is a very delicate role and this is often the anteroom to the General Manager.
