Students will spend 120 hours in our training facility, followed by a professional Chef. The course is intense as it wants to equip students with all the necessary basic information they will need to enter a real professional kitchen. At this point, they will have 240 hours of live training in one of our partner restaurant. Here the student, will have the priviledge of behind coached as a member of the team, learn directly from professionals in a competent ambience. This program allows students to enter a professional environment with the required essentials and preparation.
