Housekeeping

Hygiene, order and the room perfume are often given for granted. Nonetheless, these are key factors during the decision making process of a hotel. That is why we believe it is fundamental for our students to learn the housekeeping job, which has to be done with dedication, passion and transparency. 

Throughout the course, students will learn how to manage rooms and halls, how to manage personnel, quality check as well as how to manage the entire housekeeping department. 

At the end of the class, each student will have to complete a live training having to options: either directly take care of the client as a chambermaid, or acquire a more managerial position as a housekeeper.

Professional Chef Course - Italian cuisine (360 hours)

This course has been designed for those students who want to become professional chefs in Italian cuisine. The main objective is to educate them directly in the kitchen.

During the first 120 hours, students will learn new skills and improve them, starting from basic technique to more advanced ones. The program involves all the aspects of traditional Italian cuisine, including innovative techniques.

The second 240-hour-part occurs in the kitchen in one of the partner restaurants. There students are given the opportunity to broaden their horizons, putting particular attention on nutritional aspects, taste perception, and presentation. This course is a fantastic opportunity to strengthen one’s desire of becoming a successful Italian cuisine chef.

Professional Chef Course (360 hours)

Students will spend 120 hours in our training facility, followed by a professional Chef. The course is intense as it wants to equip students with all the necessary basic information they will need to enter a real professional kitchen. At this point, they will have 240 hours of live training in one of our partner restaurant. Here the student, will have the priviledge of behind coached as a member of the team, learn directly from professionals in a competent ambience. This program allows students to enter a professional environment with the required essentials and preparation.
