Overlooking Buckingham Palace gardens in the heart of Belgravia, our development kitchen is located in the large basement of a majestic 19th century French renaissance building. The newly refurbished kitchen is fully stocked with equipment and appliances of the highest standard. Students spend two weeks here at the beginning of the course to set them up with the basic skills required to enter a professional kitchen.

Chef Academy of London was founded in 2007. After huge success in Italy, we opened our first school in the UK, located in central London. Our aim is to train our students to become professional chefs.
We offer an effective practical training scheme that gives our students all the tools and skills to start a career as a professional chef. During the course you will be training in one of our partner restaurants with one of our chef trainers. You will be experiencing working in a live professional kitchen and getting an inside view of the restaurant business. You will deal with every aspect of a chefs routine, from the choice of fresh produce to the balancing of food costs. You will be learning all the techniques required to start working right away. The most important aspect and why we believe we teach in the most effective form, is that you are learning from the professionals in a professional environment. We are the only school that offers this kind of training and this is the reason that our students have such a high success rate.
We are currently offering the following courses: Hospitality Management & Advanced Food Science Course, Professional Chef Course, Advanced Professional Chef Course, Michelin Star Chef Course, Professional Italian Cuisine Course, Professional Patisserie and Confectionery Course, Professional Basic Patisserie and Bakery Course, Professional Patisserie Intermediate Level and Advanced Level. After completing one of our courses, you will have all the tools needed to start your career immediately. You will be HACCP certified, have your diploma from Chef Academy of London that is internationally recognised and accredited by ASIC (Accreditation service for international colleges). You will know your way around the kitchen with confidence and have all the techniques to allow you to enter a kitchen as an active member of the Brigade.
